Acceptable Use Policy
Soraya Live is a private space for you to think things through. This policy keeps it that way. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
What the Service is for
Personal, individual use: talking through decisions, relationships, work situations, plans and the ordinary difficulties of being a person. One account, one human being.
What you must not do
Illegal activity
- Use the Service to plan, commit, assist or conceal any criminal offence.
- Solicit or generate material that sexually exploits or endangers a child. We report this to the relevant authorities without exception and without notice.
- Seek instructions for producing weapons, explosives, or other things designed to cause serious physical harm.
- Use the Service to launder money, evade sanctions, or commit fraud.
Harm to others
- Harass, threaten, stalk, defame or intimidate any person.
- Generate content intended to demean or incite hatred against people on the basis of a protected characteristic.
- Impersonate a real person, or use the Service to create material designed to deceive others about who they are dealing with.
- Upload personal information about someone else that they would not reasonably expect you to share.
Misuse of the platform
- Share, resell, sublicense or provide access to your membership. It is personal to you.
- Operate the Service on behalf of third parties, or use it to power another product.
- Scrape, crawl or automate access, or use bots to generate volume.
- Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer or reconstruct our models, system prompts or underlying software.
- Circumvent rate limits, security controls, filters or access restrictions.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems without written permission.
- Interfere with the Service or the experience of other users.
Content you must never send us
- Payment card numbers, CVV codes, passwords or banking credentials — ours or anyone else’s.
- Government identity documents.
- Malware, or anything designed to damage a system.
Safety topics
Lady Soraya will not help you harm yourself or anyone else. If a conversation suggests you may be at risk, she will point you towards crisis resources. This is a design decision, not a judgement of you.
Please understand what this does and does not mean: Soraya Live is not a monitoring or safeguarding service. We do not watch conversations in real time, we do not alert anyone on your behalf, and we cannot contact emergency services for you. If you are in danger, use the resources on the Disclaimer page.
How we enforce this
Where we identify a breach, our response is proportionate to it:
- A warning, for a first or minor breach, explaining what needs to change.
- Feature restriction or temporary suspension, where the behaviour continues.
- Termination, for serious or repeated breaches.
- Immediate termination and a report to the authorities, without notice, for child sexual exploitation material, credible threats of violence, or serious criminal use.
Except where an immediate response is necessary, we will contact you first and give you a chance to put it right. If we terminate your membership for a breach, we will refund any period you have paid for but not yet used, unless the law prevents us.
You can appeal any enforcement decision by emailing [email protected]. A different member of staff will review it.
Reporting misuse
If you believe someone is misusing Soraya Live, or you have found a security vulnerability, email [email protected]. We investigate every report. If you are reporting a vulnerability, please give us a reasonable period to fix it before disclosing it publicly — we will not pursue good-faith security research.
Changes
We may update this policy as new patterns of misuse appear. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days in advance, in line with section 14 of the Terms of Service.
